6–10 weeks | Systemic structural determination
Commissioned where complexity exposure is material; pre-acquisition, mid-integration, or ahead of enterprise-wide transformation. A comprehensive, system-wide determination mapping governance architecture, decision velocity, leadership bandwidth, and environmental conditions across the organisation.
You receive an Executive Structural Determination Report, a Structural Integrity Dashboard, and a Board-Level Determination Presentation; connecting operating environment conditions to financial consequence at board level.

Complete a 10-15 minute digital instrument across seven structural dimensions, then join a 45-minute interpretive discussion with the Determination Lead to explore what it has surfaced.

The discussion surfaces structural signals and establishes whether conditions warrant a deeper engagement.
A Structural Integrity Snapshot, a Full Review, or no further engagement may follow.

Where the Pulse warrants it, a Structural Integrity Snapshot or Review is commissioned. It is at this stage that the structural determination is made.
